Daily Tile Battle is a free browser puzzle about uncovering layered tiles and making room in a seven-slot tray. Match three tiles of the same kind to remove them. Clear an 18-tile warm-up, then tackle the 168-tile daily board.
Everyone receives the same daily challenge. Choose a U.S. state or Washington, D.C. as your team and contribute a verified clear. You can join from anywhere; your team choice is not a location check.
Your first run
- Choose a team. Select Start Game, choose a state and save it, then start your run. No account signup is required.
- Uncover and match. Tap uncovered tiles. Three of the same kind clear from your tray; seven unmatched tiles end the run.
- Clear both levels. Finish the warm-up to unlock the hard board. Clear the board, tray and any reserved tiles to finish.
A daily challenge, a shared team result
A fresh puzzle arrives at midnight in America/New_York, including its daylight-saving changes. Retry as often as you like. Only a server-verified Level 2 clear contributes, and each player can contribute once per daily puzzle version.
State Battle compares clear rates among qualifying teams. A state needs 100 unique engaged players for an official rank; smaller teams are marked as gathering players. An empty or early board is not an official ranking.
Play at your own pace
Move out 3 creates temporary tray space; Undo 1 reverses your previous valid move; Shuffle rearranges the remaining tiles. The tool rules explain their limits. Sound is optional. There are no cash prizes or in-game purchases.
Leaving a run discards its unfinished board. Your team and verified results are associated with this browser and may not follow you to another device or survive cleared browser storage. Need a hand? Contact the operator.
